It was formulated in the year 1999 while it replaced FERA (Foreign Exchange Regulation Act). Mr. Srivastava is qualified from Delhi University and He is an active member of the Bar Council of Delhi, Supreme Court, Delhi High Court Bar Association and ICSI. He was member of Training & Educational Facilities Committee (ICSI) and Currently Member of Placement Committee and Member of Moot Committee of NIRC of ICSI. He is heading The Chamber of Professionals (CoP). CoP is the body of Professionals like CS, CA and Advocates. An avid networker he has excellent rapport with regulators. Mr. Awanish Srivastava had established Naks & Associates with a unique vision.
