I am a qualified Company Secretary with more than 3 years of post-qualification experience. I am into independent practice since June, 2020. Prior to this I worked with an unlisted public company which was going for an IPO and, a wholly-owned subsidiary of a Singapore company.
I have worked on IPO due diligence, stock exchange approvals and SEBI compliances with regard to listing. Experienced in CSR, shareholder management, board/ general meeting compliance, FDI and FEMA compliances. I also have exposure to oppression and mismanagement cases and restoration of struck-off companies.
I have hands-on experience in Contract Review and Drafting having worked on over a 100 Supplier Agreements, NDAs, Manufacturing Agreements, Insurance Agreements etc. from jurisdictions like USA, Japan, Middle-east and Europe.
My current area of specialization includes NCLT related work, corporate law consulting, contract review and drafting, MSME and start-up advisory, and certification services as a Practicing Company Secretary.
Apart from my core professional work, I am also a part-time faculty at the Kochi Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) handling company law, strategic management, current affairs, business environment and business laws.
My personal interests and hobbies include a lot of reading (both fiction and non-fiction), debating, mentoring and dance. And anything that kindles an intellectual (meaningful) conversation.
