He is also a qualified Independent Director with offices in Delhi, Noida, Pune, and Mumbai. With extensive expertise in corporate law, commercial law, finance, FEMA, and related sectors, he has significant experience working with Italian, Canadian, Chinese, Australian and Korean companies, particularly in mergers and technical know-how collaborations.
Beyond his legal and corporate acumen, he holds a 2-year Diploma in Hardware and Networking, supported by 10 years of hands-on experience in hardware, software, networking, ethical hacking, website development, and software debugging. He has actively participated in the NIRC (Dial NIRC) Programme and delivered sessions in Noida, Ludhiana, Faridabad, Jabalpur, Jaipur and Bhilwara, focusing on MCA V3 errors and their proposed solutions. Additionally, he contributed to the Delhi government's initiative to make Delhi fully Wi-Fi-enabled through a unique patented MIMO-based Wi-Fi concept.
Recently, he has been collaborating with the Government of India to reduce the country's dependency on China for phosphorus. He is also engaged in innovative projects related to solar energy, Artificial Intelligence, and other futuristic technologies aimed at fostering India's growth.
CS Dilip Kumar Choudhary possesses profound knowledge and experience in legal, secretarial, FEMA, and allied sectors. His expertise was further enriched during his 4-year training with the Italian Trade Association.
He has also Completed 2 years of Diploma in Hardware & Networking, along with 2 years of working knowledge in Hardware, Softwares, Networking, Ethical Hacking, Website Building and debugging of softwares.
He has also worked on WIFI project for Delhi State. And presented the concept of WIFI to several Tech Companies.
