How do you evaluate success?

I consider both small and big achievements toward a goal to be a success like if I get a chance to get an internship or job in my desired workplace. I consider success in fulfilling my role in my team. I consider success if I am able to learn something new.

What are you passionate about?

I am really passionate about learning new skills, management skills, legal research, and legal writing.

What motivates you the most?

Meeting deadlines at the workplace, mentoring or coaching others, coming up with new ideas and learning new skills.

What are your professional strengths?

I really have an optimistic approach in every field, listening to everything patiently, determined in every aspect.

What weaknesses do you think you have?

I can't say no if someone asking for help, used to wake up late in the morning.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I like to watch suspense movies in my free time and explore new places.

Where do you see yourself five years from now?

I see myself continuing to grow in my career and taking on more responsibility within the company by leveraging the expertise I have gained working in this industry for the past 5 years. I'm also looking to start a family in the next few years, so I'll be balancing work and home life.

What is your greatest professional achievement?

I have got my articles published on Practicing Lawyer Novels and blogs over SCC Online.

What are you looking for in a new position?

I would like to face new challenges in my new position, where I will get a chance to learn new skills and improve myself in every aspect in the workspace.

What type of work environment do you prefer?

I enjoy working in an environment where the members of the team have a strong sense of humor and a good work ethic. I like working with competent, kind, funny people who like to get things done. It's important to me to feel that I can trust my team members to always do their best because I do best for them.

How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?

I have a positive attitude, so in every situation, I will keep myself calm and try to figure out the problem with a calm mind.
