APEDA Registration Process in Rajasthan

• Filling the Application and Uploading Documents: After verification, the exporter should fill in the online application and upload the required documents in accepted formats such as JPEG, PDF or PNG.

• Saving and Editing Application: The online application can be completed in one or multiple sessions. Exporters can revisit the website using the assigned OTP and edit details until payment is processed.

• Payment of Registration Fee: The registration fee is Rs. 5000, excluding applicable taxes, and can be paid through multiple options:

• Credit Card (MasterCard and Visa)
• Debit Card (MasterCard and Visa)
• Demand Draft, drawn in favour of “APEDA” and payable at the respective cities, wherever this option is applicable.

• Application Number Generation: After successful payment, an application number is generated. This number should be kept safely for future reference.

• Receiving Login Details: Once the RCMC is issued, login details are sent to the registered email. Exporters can access their accounts through the “Exporter Login” link on the APEDA website.

• Tracking Application Status: Exporters can monitor the application status using the “Track Application” link by entering the IE Code and Application Number.

• Resubmission in Case of Shortcomings: If there are any shortcomings or missing details, exporters should monitor their application status and resubmit the required documents online.

• Approval and Certificate Issuance: After approval by APEDA officials, the exporter can log in to the APEDA account and download the RCMC from the RCMC Menu.
