Since our inception, we have been working harder to ensure that all our customers get the quality services and if they are not satisfied, we talk to them to understand their concerns.

Even after talking to us if you are not satisfied with our resolution you are requested to send an email to support@ccoffice.in and we will reach out to you at the earliest, during our normal business hours. We are not responsible for any consequences where there was a delay on your part in sending the documents or information.

NOTE: It is also brought to your notice that we shall be unable to refund any money paid to the government such MCA, GST, Income Tax Portal for filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties, such as affiliates, with a role in processing your order at any point. We also cannot refund any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to affiliates as in this case you will be solely responsible.

There are situations where you made the payment but no longer needs those particular services and, in such cases, if you want to exchange the product/service you ordered for a different one, you must request this exchange and complete your replacement order within 30 days of making your payment or purchase whichever is later with a condition that if first service has been provided or any govt fees been paid, the same will be adjusted from the subsequent services. The purchase price of the original order, less any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order, will be adjusted towards your replacement order. Any payments made directly by you to affiliates of ours are not eligible for exchange or credit. Any price difference between the original order and the replacement order or, if a replacement order is not processed within 30 days of purchase, the full original purchase price (in each case less any tax, money paid to government entities or other third parties) will be credited to the original form of payment.

There are times when we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular services availed from us as the same is subject to department approval. For instance, the CRC which is a wing under MCA may reject a company name application or Registrar of Trademark may not allow a particular trademark for reasons beyond the scope of our service. At times, increase of authorised capital may take a more time than its usual as the same is subject to approval by concerned ROC and in exigencies may also require Liaisoning with the ROC and thus may cause delay and additional out of pocket expense before your process is complete.

We all have seen that there may also be instances where the government website is down and your service request is not completed as a result of the site crashing down.

Compliance Calendar LLP does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by our affiliates. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Since we're dedicating time and effort to facilitating your services, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by Compliance Calendar LLP - not changes to your situation or your state of mind.

LAPSED SERVICE REQUESTS

You would appreciate that other than as required by applicable law, you shall have no right to cancel, request a cash refund or obtain credit for any undelivered order after 90 days have elapsed from your service payment date unless Compliance Calendar LLP is at fault. Any lapsed service due to not providing timely documentation will result in liquidated damages equal to the amount paid to Compliance Calendar LLP for reimbursement of our commitment to service your order or purchase.
